Roam is committed to making our trip-planning service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we're doing

• Designing with readable color contrast, keyboard access, and clear structure in mind.
• Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for interactive controls.
• Reviewing new features for accessibility as the product evolves.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some areas of the site may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We are actively identifying and addressing gaps, and we welcome feedback that helps us prioritize.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Roam, please tell us so we can fix it. Email [email protected] with the page, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using (if any). We aim to respond promptly.

Third-party content

Some content (such as maps and images) is provided by third parties whose accessibility we do not control, but we work to present it as accessibly as we can.
